A new series of Ralio returns with 2 special programmes on January the 25th and February the 1st.

What better place to start the 2015 season than with the iconic and classic Rally Monte Carlo and the first round of the World Rally Championship. With a reputation for being one of the hardest to master, this will be the World's best drivers first battle of the year, before tackling the following 12 rounds.

As usual, Ralio will be there to follow it all, with highlights of the rally's 15 stages and 4 days of competition in two special programmes. On 25 January (Sunday) as part of S4C's Clwb there'll be a chance to follow the competition as well and see the power stage as it happens. A week later on February 1st, there will be an extended programme following all the highs and lows of the rally including exclusive drivers' interviews.

Alongside the World's best drivers, Welshman Elfyn Evans will be back in the Ford Fiesta. Evans tackled the event for the first time last year, and impressed by finishing sixth in a Fiesta RS World Rally Car. Now, twelve months later, he's back again for a second attempt and in his second season at the highest level with M-Sport. He finished 8th in the championship last year, and many big names of the sport are predicting that 2015 will be the year where we will see the son Gwyndaf Evans on the podium waving the flag of Wales.

Another driver catching the attention in Monte, will be the former 9 times World Champion Sebastien Loeb. The master returns to the lion's den for other occasion in the Citroen, after retiring 14 months ago. He's won this race 7 times, will he capture his eighth victory this year? Well, we're sure Elfyn, wo times World Champion Sebastien Ogier, Jari Matti Latvala and others would want to stop that.
